History
The house was not present on the 1913 map of Haverford. The land where it should be is listed on a section of 7 or so lots listed under "Emma C. Bergdoll". Records will show that Charles S. Taylor sold eight lots to her for $13,000 in 1907. The land somehow came into possession of Albert Hall, who, in 1915, sold "house and lot" of the suspected land to Clinton Roth for $3,300.
